Equipment Donation with Seeding Labs

By partnering with Seeding Labs you can make a demonstrable, quantifiable and significant social and environmental impact in countries around the world.

This is more than a chance to clean out your storage facility and reduce costs. It is an opportunity to reduce your environmental impact, engage your staff and contribute to global health and development.

We conduct all selection of recipient labs, equipment matching and shipping abroad. Equipment donations are tax deductible and we fully address issues of liability and end-use.

    Sustaining Equipment Partners

When your company becomes a Sustaining Equipment Partner, we work with you on a regular schedule– annually, semi-annually or quarterly – to ensure that equipment coming offline gets quickly moved and matched to send abroad.

We provide details and assistance to your personnel to sort appropriate equipment. The scientists overseas who need this equipment rely on you for the quality of the equipment.

We conduct all selection of recipient labs, equipment matching and shipping abroad. Equipment donations are tax deductible and we fully address issues of liability and end-use. Every company has slightly different policies and requirements governing material donations and the disposal of lab equipment. We can work with you to design a process that works for both of us. To determine your policies, you may want to contact staff in your legal, finance, and environmental health and safety offices.

Sustaining Equipment Partners have their logos featured in Seeding Labs’ promotional materials including the organization’s website, regular email newsletters and annual report.
