Seeding Labs CEO Nina Dudnik was thrilled to attend the 2010 TEDGlobal conference as one of 20 TED Fellows.

"The 2010 TEDGlobal Fellows reflect both geographic and discipline diversity. From Venezuela to Ghana to Brazil to Costa Ricato Sri Lanka to Yemen, these pioneers are breaking new ground in technology, engineering, programming, biology, genetics, environmental science and invention. Seeding Labs CEO Nina Dudnik was awarded the 2010 Massachusetts Nonprofit Network Nonprofit Young Professional award. The award recognizes a nonprofit professional under 35 who has demonstrated excellence, driven change and increased social impact.

 


Seeding Labs won a 2010 New England Innovation Award from the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE). We were delighted to be recognized and meet the other great companies who were finalists and awardees.

Seeding Labs was honored by the Boston Business Journal in its second annual Green Business Awards with an award in the Innovation category, and was among a group of only 14 businesses and institutions to be honored.

Seeding Labs' CEO Nina Dudnik was honored by WEST: Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology at their first annual event "Honoring Those Who 'Give Back'".

Nina Dudnik received a grant from Echoing Green, to
launch Seeding Labs. Each year, Echoing Green awards 12-15 two-year fellowships to social entrepreneurs. Fellows receive up to $90,000 in seed funding and technical support to turn their innovative ideas into sustainable social change organizations.

Paul Cruickshank received a PLUM grant from www.dosomething.org to support Seeding Labs at Harvard University.

100K_logoSeeding Labs was named one of 5 finalists in the MIT $100K, the nation's premier business plan competition. 2006 was the first year the competition included a Social Enterprise category, and Seeding Labs was honored to be among this initial group.
