Resources for Science Communication series: Week 5
This is the fifth installment of our Resources for Science Communication, series that we’re sharing thanks to our partners at American Journal Experts. (Click here to see previous topics.)

Weekly until the end of October, we’ll be posting useful content from AJE’s Author Resource Center focused on successful research communication.

Make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter to receive these directly in your inbox!

In last week’s roundup of resources, one of the articles we shared was “Choosing the Right Journal for Your Research,” by AJE.

It may seem easier to evaluate and choose a journal after your research is complete. However, choosing a journal while still working on your research has many benefits.

For instance, your journal choice could affect your experimental design or even parts of your manuscript. Knowing that early in the research process could help you save time.

To learn more about the benefits of early journal choice, read AJE’s article, “Why Choosing a Journal Early in the Research Process is Important.”

We also included a free downloadable template to help you keep track of journals!
