Application requirements

Please carefully review the detailed requirements as outlined in the Information for Applicants page or download the application (PDF or Word).

Applications are typically submitted by a staff member or administrator on behalf of the department or institution. The individual who submits the application should be willing to serve as the main point of contact between your institution and Seeding Labs, although it’s fine to designate a different contact person later in the process.

Applications must be submitted in English.

You must respond to all of the questions; incomplete applications will not be considered.

You will have the option to save incomplete applications for up to 30 days by clicking “Save and Continue Later.” If you choose this option, the system will send you a link via email that you can use to continue the application at a later time.

Please note that you will receive a new continuation link each time you click “Save and Continue,” which might be confusing if you save multiple times.

As an alternative, we recommend downloading the application questions as a PDF or Word document to work on them offline. Once you’ve finalized your answers, you can enter them into the web form all at once just prior to submission.

Please do not send completed forms or any other attachments via email unless you have been invited to do so; we can accept applications via the web form only.
